While there are many nuanced and small ways to improve health, we believe the VITAL SIX lead to optimal health vitality. Customized Exercise programs can reduce health risks, improve sleep, increase energy, and help us look great! A good Nutrition Plan foregoes diets, detoxes and deprivation. It's aligned with your goals, is delicious, and fits into your lifestyle. Proper Restorative Practices reduce inflammation, improve recovery time and lead to strong, sculpted muscles. Good Sleep Hygiene balances hormones, reduces risk of chronic diseases, and helps manage a healthy weight. Maintaining Hormonal Balance are interconnected and leads to reduced cortisol response, better personal relationships, and improved blood sugar levels. As you can see, there is crossover between the Vital Six! Lastly, a connected community, whether through our online groups or your own family and friends, leads to sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.
