I've been passionate about health and fitness since I was a kid growing up in Bakersfield. Track, gymnastics and ballet were my foundation and then I discovered aerobics at 18 and that set my path. While living in Napa Valley, I owned Studio Phyzz, a boutique fitness studio specializing in unique fitness formats and a personalized touch to training. The name Phyzz came from the idea of combining fitness (physical) AND fun, creating a truly fun and bubbly (fizzy) experince! Through continued education and acquiring additional certifications, the PHYZZ approach evolved from personal training to focusing on all aspects of health to help clients change their lives.
